"8 years in one paragraph, eh? I suppose I'll hit the big bullet points. I'm a twice over college graduate (Go Utes!) who spent her time after college living in Greece doing nothing, but I eventually came home and am now working as a legal assistant at a law firm in downtown Salt Lake. I got married August 8, 2008 to Matthew Mangelson but kept my maiden name as I've grown found of it. I bought a historical house (106 years old) in Sugarhouse this fall and we've spent every free moment doing home restoration (I am an excellent painter and floor refinisher). We have two dogs, Dante the Boston Terrier and Einstein the Beagle. We call them "the kids" and have no plans for real kids as we're too busy taking vacations, drinking good wine and hitting the open road on scooter rides. I've changed so much since high school, when I think of myself then its like looking back on an entirely different person. And while I wouldn't do it again for all the money in the world, I am thankful for all the great memories and the life long friends I met."

So now that I have nothing to post and haven't posted in months...why don't we start posting stuff about you. David Kopta

I once again have the unfortunate opportunity to share with you news of another passing of a cherished classmate. David Kopta had suffered with schizophrenia and ended his pain about three years ago on May 7, 2005. Our hearts and prayers go out to him, his family, and his friends.

I was unable to locate any more information or a copy of an obituarty. If any one has any more information please let me know.

Hey everyone thanks for all the great information you have been giving me and the word has spread about this blog like crazy. I just wanted to leave another post because I have had a few people that have been asked to be removed and I want anyone that wants to to just email me and I will get you taken off. If not, enjoy!

Tyler Aaron Reid1982 ~ 2007 Tyler Aaron Reid, age 25 passed away on August 7, 2007 in Salt Lake City,Utah.Tyler was born in Denver, CO., on June 20, 1982. To all who knew himwell, Tyler was deeply reflective and a steady source of thoughtful andsensitive insight. Avid Sports fan that he was, a deeper well of knowledge onprofessional basketball and football stats cannot be found. Yet most missedwill be Tyler's wide smile, which always brought instant joy and dismissedfear in all people around him.Tyler is survived by his mother, Jan Reid of Salt Lake. When you hug your kidstonight, hold them a little longer.Services will be held at Mountain View Memorial, 3115 East 7800 South,Cottonwood Heights, Monday, August 13 at 2 p.m. Visitation, Sunday, August12th from 6-8 p.m. Published in the Salt Lake Tribune from 8/10/2007 - 8/12/2007.

It's always sad to lose a classmate...we are way to young...i know him and i am sure many of you will as well...he did not attend Skyline with us however he went to Olympus but was friends with many Skyline Classmates. It was unfortunate to hear of his passing, a suicide, and I send best wishes to his wife and son...

David Edwards Fehr

David Edwards Fehr "Bubba" David passed away February 24, 2008. His passing was a surprise as was his arrival on this earth. David constantly surprised his parents, his wife and son, his sisters and brother, his nieces and nephew, all of whom loved him dearly. David was born February 3, 1982 to Maxine Edwards Fehr and Robert Walker Fehr. He graduated from Olympus High School in 2000. David married Kathleen Eubank at the Cottonwood Club on June 1, 2003. David was a Utility Arborist employed by Murray City. His happiest hours were spent with his son Trace, his family and hunting waterfowl at the Harrison Duck Club with his companion and hunting buddy "Moose", his great black lab. David is survived by his parents, Maxine and Bob; his son, Trace Colton; and Trace's mother, Katie; big sisters, Terilyn (Rob) Hixson, Kristi (Vince) Thurgood and big brother, Rob (Jennifer) Fehr. His five nieces and one nephew will miss "Uncle Bubba" greatly. In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up at Zion's Bank in David's name, for his son, Trace. A goodbye for family and close friends will be held for David at the Harrison Duck Club on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. (Dirt road from northwest corner of The International Center follow arrows. Wear Levi's and camo). Published in the Deseret News from 2/28/2008 - 3/1/2008.
